Here is the PDF of the Scale for the Angle Drilling Jig, click on the link and print in landscape format at 100%. The length of the scale from one end to the other will be 10 5/8” long from the tip of the 32 degree marks on the bottom of the scale. Here is the PDF of the Plans for the Drilling Jig.

When making the jig, drill the hole for the swivel block 8 1/2” above the bottom of the face board, if you plan to include sand paper on the bottom of the jig to inhibit shifting in use, include the thickness of the sand paper on the bottom of the board when measuring up 8 1/2”. Once the hole is drilled, simply place the scale so that the 0 degree mark is directly below the hole and attach the alignment block at the end of the scale. This point should be 5 5/16” from the 0 point and end precisely at the 32 degree mark. See the video (coming soon) below for details on making and using the jig.

Special thanks to Caleb James for drafting the scale!
